The official line is: "Shane is responsible for charting the long-term artistic and ministry goals that will guide the company, project selection and development, and directorial duties in all major productions." However, those in the know understand that his days are spent with equal measures of daydreaming, YouTubing and trying to understand the budgets he habitually exceeds. Shane received a BFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University, which prepared him spectacularly for his first career as a waiter. In all honesty, his best ideas come from his brilliant wife, Jana. She'd take over his job if he didn't keep her locked away and busy homeschooling their four kids, Anjel, Dakota, Caleb, and Micah.

Cassie coordinates and oversees the details of each production as well as the post production process-the kind of nitty-gritty stuff that makes most people crazy, but she loves it. Cassie volunteered with Shane and his crew on the first City on a Hill production, "God is God," and signed on for good. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Television Production and Spanish from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She is crazy about her job and thrilled to be able to serve the Lord within this ministry. Above all other blessings, her greatest and most favorite is being married to her incredible (and oh so patient) husband, photographer Tyler Michael Pelan.

Kevin's door plaque proclaims he's Director of Photography and Senior Editor, but that's only because they couldn't find one that said Director of Office Sarcasm. Kevin makes sure that the company's artistic and ministry vision is brought to life through the photography and post-production process. Trained primarily in the school of experience, Kevin also received instruction at the International Film and Video Workshop in Rockport, Maine. Kevin has spent 20 years in media production, and shot internationally in over 30 countries, which means he's dined on animals most people just admire at the zoo. Kevin's wife, Marcy, is a published author and his personal trainer. They have one daughter, Meghan, who has the heart and soul of a gentle warrior, and share their home with Peanut the Nutty Kitty, and Liberty the Single Brain-celled Yellow Lab.

All my life I have had a love affair with all things audio. Some people; however, do not consider this a real job. On the other hand, I feel perfectly suited for playing with knobs and buttons all day long. Recently I went back to school to learn the fine art of audio post production. I love to make pretty pictures go BOOM! Can you believe there is actually a degree for this stuff? I am very excited about being able to share Christ with people by adding another dimension to the awesome work already being done by City On A Hill.

Stephanie graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English Literature, and a concentration in Organizational Studies in 2009. After deciding to pursue film late in her college career, she was introduced to City on a Hill Productions during the Summer of 2008. Hoping to gain experience, she volunteered on a Ministry Support video.
Stephanie planned to move to L.A. after college, but the Lord had a very different vision for hers life. Upon graduation, she accepted a position with City as a year-long production intern. During the course of this year, the Lord drastically changed her heart. He gave her a desperate passion for Himself, and a desire to share of the gospel through story.
She is so grateful for the opportunity to work alongside believers, and is madly in love with both her job and the ministry. Stephanie longs to see the gospel inform and transform everything in her life, the city of Louisville, and the world.

I am married to my best friend and the love of my life, Tom. God has blessed us with 3 amazing children (ages 15, 11 and 9) and also 2 dogs (Sparky & Molly). One of our passions is camping, but don't expect to see us huddled in a tent on the side of a mountain. Our camping is about family time…NOT ROUGHING IT! We also love to volunteer as a family. I love working for City on a Hill. I am excited to be apart of this ministry, and see how the Lord uses us for His glory.

Trevor hails from the hills of Northern California, where he was born and raised. All his life he has loved music, film, and serving in ministry, so when it came time to pick a career path to begin walking down, it was a no-brainer. In May of 2011 he graduated from Expression College for Digital Arts in Emeryville, California with a degree in Sound Arts. Armed with some new knowledge, skills, and a heart to see generations be changed, he set out to find some like minded people who would let him dig in and get his hands a little dirty… And found City On A Hill! He signed on for a year to try his hand at being the in-house Audio Intern, and is already learning a lot and learning fast. For Trevor, life is about living as part of a great story everyday, a story much bigger than his own. He couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter of it here at City On A Hill!

Tony serves as the Executive Director for the ministry on a volunteer basis, responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, business activities and administrative staff of the ministry. Tony also serves on the Board of Directors for the ministry. In his "spare" time, Tony runs the controls engineering business he started 6 years ago that operates out of the same building as City. Although juggling these responsibilities is quite often very difficult and time consuming, Tony feels very blessed to have the opportunity to work with City and knows the Lord has blessed him with his business and this opportunity to help make a difference for Him and His Kingdom. Tony received an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Louisville. When he's not at work, Tony spends his time with his wonderful wife Patty and their three children, Brianna, Logan and Luke.

Molly's official title is, "Director of Marketing" but she thinks it should be "Fun Supervisor." She is convinced that the world would be a much better place if people laugh a little more and have some fun! Thankfully, she gets to oversee sales and marketing, and is particularly passionate about creative ministry and encouraging people to see ministry in a whole new way. She has worked in several fields of communication, such as musical theater, advertising, marketing and media buying, which believe it or not all come in handy here at CHP! She comes to us from the mountains of NC and she is a proud graduate of Milligan College and earned her Masters in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. Molly is thrilled and blessed to be married to Zach and to be Gracie's mommy.
